Easy-to-Make Adobo Sauce with Chipotle, Guajillo, and Ancho Chiles | Ole Rico

Easy-to-Make Adobo Sauce with Chipotle, Guajillo, and Ancho Chiles

Chipotles Adobados are a huge key ingredient in so many Mexican dishes and it is hard to find a Mexican household without at least one can. However, if you live outside of Mexico, especially if you’re far from the border, finding Chipotle in Adobo at the store might turn out to be a difficult task. Luckily for you, today we come with an Adobo sauce recipe that is so easy to make, you’ll want to make it in gallons.

In many Mexican kitchens it is common to blend the Chipotle Chiles to create a salsa paste. It just makes it easier for cooking or to spread on a sandwich. Therefore, for this recipe we are blending our chiles and giving you a sauce that you’ll love to spread on everything. We are also adding two more of our favorite chiles to the mix: Guajillo and Ancho. The great thing about this recipe is that you can add as many chiles as you want or make it of any dry chile of your preference. You can pick the mildest chile and make a salsa that will just add an extra flavor to your food, or you can go full Mexican and make it as spicy as you want for that extra heat on all your meals.

With that being said, here is our recipe for our delicious Adobo Sauce.
