If there is one thing I know for sure is that life wouldn’t be great without some spice and carbs. But mostly carbs. Hence the easy peasy pasta dish: simple, flavorful and incredibly delish! The creamy homemade sauce generously coats the juicy shrimp and noodles. Your family will be humming with every bite and will request it for dinner again and again. One of our favorite shrimp recipes! And all you need is 20 min to whip this up!
In a 3 qt covered saucepan with boiling water, add half a tbsp of butter and boil your pasta for 20 minutes. Once it’s done, drain and put aside for later.
In another pan, add a tbsp of butter and cook the shrimp for about 10-15 minutes.
NOTE: Add as much or as little seasonings as you’d like.
Next, add two tbsp of Philadelphia cream cheese, one cup of Mexican-style cream, half a tbsp of Knorr Chicken Flavor Bouillon and a tbsp of Chipotle powder and blend until the ingredients become a smooth consistency.
In a 3 qt covered saucepan (could be the same saucepan used to boil the pasta) pour in your mixed sauce and pasta. Mix well.
Once your shrimp are done cooking, add them to your pasta! Grab yourself a plate and sprinkle some Chipotle powder for an extra kick of flavor! Enjoy!
