How To Make Chipotle Sauce From Dried Chipotle Peppers - Recipe

Chile Chipotle, one of my personal favorites! This beauty is the perfect blend of a smoky and earthy flavor with the right amount of relatively mild heat. The Chiles are used to make a variety of salsas, a prime ingredient to season an abundance of Mexican main courses. Morita Chile peppers are also popularly used for meats that have high-fat content. It's also commonly added to braised dishes. This paste is perfect for some Sunday BBQ steak or hamburgers!

The best part? You can add in other seasonings from the ones mentioned in this article to achieve your preferred flavors, though the goal is to keep it generic enough to be able to include it in any number of dishes later on. Ole Rico’s chile ensures that each dish is bursting with authentic Mexican-style flavor, ready to be enjoyed around the table with friends and family.

Spicy! But very good. I think it should have a bit of tomato taste to it or a little something sweet to offset the heat.
